Excellent Stay in Brisbane
During my visit to Brisbane, I was excited to explore South Bank, one of the city's most vibrant areas, known for its parks, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Choosing Chino for its proximity to this landmark was a no-brainer. I was pleasantly surprised by the FREE secure undercover parking, which made my stay even more convenient. I enjoyed the Chinos Restaurant & Bar, where I had the option to indulge in delicious tapas or grill my own steak on the BBQ. The overall experience was good!
The bathroom could use some updates.

Really friendly and superfriendly employees!
Welcoming service, free parking available onsite. In a very central location with pubs and restaurants close enough to the hotel.

Staff were incredibly nice and accommodating at any hour!!
We thoroughly enjoyed being here. Had 12 nights in Brisbane, spent our time here lovely. The rooms were functional and modern with a good balcony, single bed in living area, as example.

All the staff was very very helpful, settled my issues. I could see swimming pool from the studio apartment. The spacious bathroom with hairdryers, shower caps and towels. The check in was simple and the atmosphere was special throughout the hotel.

I had a great weekend stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and really made me feel at home. Plus, the location is unbeatable-right next to the PA for my conference! The secure parking was a bonus, and I loved the food at the restaurant; it was fresh and reasonably priced.
The rooms are a bit on the small side, which might be a problem if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. I also experienced some noise from the hallways, which was a bit distracting during the night. it was a pleasant stay!

I booked two rooms for two couples and the hotel was unable to find the 2nd booking. Reservation staff initially blamed Booked.net but later discovered it was their error. They simply hadn't turned the page!!!

we had a wonderful stay at hotel chino. check-in was a breeze even though we arrived late, and the staff greeted us with warmth and helpfulness. our studio room was fantastic, boasting a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. everything was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the delicious meals from nearby eateries, including an amazing indian restaurant just a short walk away.
Not one thing! 😊.

very small , pokey room. I have seen much bigger hospital rooms! Bathroom smelt like an open sewer and when I had the window open to try and air it out I got gas smells coming into my room. Don't know how you managed to get a 4.5 star rating. I would say it is more like 3 star at most. Gym- poorly equipt and pool that is advertised as heated was not.

It was a good location and the rooms were bright and modern
The fact you cant open just a window you had to have the ranchslider open and then the motorway noise came in so you had to have the aircon on all night

The bottles of stuff in the bathroom were a cool shape!! Different from other hotels. The room was comfortable and well appointed.
The view of the railway line isn't very exciting, but that can't be helped! I didn't like the fact that the quilt on the bed was uncovered - a strange arrangement of a top sheet, then the uncovered quilt then another top sheet!! Is the quilt washed between each hotel guest???

I only stayed the one night and due to circumstances I did not have an evening meal at the hotel. I had breakfast. The place was clean and adequately furnished etc. I chose the hotel because I had a daughter as a patient at the Alexandra Hospital. It was a good choice for the occasion.
